九月禱告焦點：

第四週：本週末，猶太人便開始預備秋季聖節期（High Holidays）。在猶太新年前的安息日，猶太人會舉行一個名為「赦免」的聚會（the Selichot）（譯註：Selichot意思是「赦免」forgiving；會眾會背誦懺悔禱文，祈求神的寬恕和幫助）。猶太人會在午夜時唱誦「赦免」禱文。祈求神，在這個猶太人對需要神寬恕有高度警覺的期間，更多人的心會向福音敞開。

September Focus:

Week 4: The end of this week begins preparation for the Fall High Holidays. The Sabbath before Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish people begin Selichot (recited prayers of confession, asking God for forgiveness and help). Selichot are chanted at midnight. Pray that at this time of heightened awareness of the need for forgiveness, many hearts will be open to the gospel.
